Palladino & Wimsatt Residence

This residential renovation project along Kensington Ave tackles the challenge of connecting two existing buildings together. The first floor transforms the existing garage into a new den and provides a connection between the existing house. This connection is also a pathway from the front of the property to the new rear porch addition in the backyard. Meanwhile, the renovations on the second floor include one new master bedroom and two new baths.
