The Sedgwick is a three story luxury apartment building located in the center of West Hartford, CT. The owners, Ironsides Sedgwick LLC is looking to expand their twenty four unit apartment to add four more leasable units. These new units will be located at the rear of the building. The previous outdoor recreational space will be relocated as the roof deck above the new addition.
